Youth Powered Social Enterprise to the Rescue

Tell Someone Who Cares is a global social enterprise created to disrupt the palm oil industry and bring solutions to the destruction it causes.

Holley Somerville-Knott is on a mission to make the world a better place. Ever since she was 6 years old, she has devoted herself to raising money for charities, speaking out about environmental issues, and singing her heart out to inspire others to seek positive change in society.

Her latest project is Tell Someone Who Cares, a social enterprise devoted to protecting the rainforest in Borneo and the orangutans who call it home. Holley’s goal is to create a consumer movement that empowers people to create positive change with everyday purchases. She wants anyone to be able to be part of the solution.

Partners in the Rainforest

I partnered with The Masarang Foundation and the Dayak People of Borneo, who created a sustainable economy with ecologically responsible farming and reforesting, processing the palm oil alternative -illipe nut butter. I purchase the illipe, add coconut, Australian macadamia oil and use it in my product range to bring you a consumer movement that empowers you to create positive change with your everyday purchases and Be the Solution!

As well as being incredibly good for your skin, every soap purchase regenerates rainforests, protects endangered wildlife and empowers local Indigenous Peoples. It is this kind of win-win situation that Holley believes will inspire people to purchase the Tell Someone Who Cares product and join the mission to protect the rainforest.

You can actually be part of the solution and unite together in this movement that provides solutions, connection with other like minded people, purpose, education in environment and conservation, leadership and compassion and kindness.
